1. Be a Singaporean, Permanent Resident or a Valid Employment Pass holder

2. Registration charge is free

3. Be 17 years or older with minimum O Level qualifications

4. Complete the registration form truly and accurately and produce the necessary documents to certify academic qualifications and eligibility status upon request

5. To pay PTS commission of 50% of tuition fee in the first month of appointment and receive payment for the number of lessons taught from the Client

6. Terminating a tuition assignment within the first month
